Welcome to The Great Train Race vendors application page

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products to over 6000 visitors on the day as we continue to make this prestigious annual event a highlight of the year for the Heidelberg community.

To apply to be a vendor click on the form below and fill in your details. Our stands are 3×3 meters and more than 1 stand can be applied for.

You will be required to upload the following documents:

Picture of your stand/food truck/caravan
COA certificate
Certificate of conformity of gas (if applicable)

Our vendor manager, Jacky Cresteil (+27 84 080 4444, vendors@thegreattrainrace.co.za), will contact you to discuss your application and fees. You’re also welcome to reach out with any questions.

We will then review your application and inform you if you have been successfully accepted. Please note that we try our best to avoid duplicate stalls. To secure your stall, kindly submit your entry form as soon as possible.

We also assist with hiring gazebos and furniture for your stall should you require this service.

Electricity can be supplied on request and will incur a further cost

There will be a strict criteria in place, we try our best to ensure that there are no duplicate stalls/products. If your application is successful, you will receive a reference number, your invoice and the exhibitor contract. Queries can be sent to Jacky Cresteil on vendors@thegreattrainrace.co.za. Please note that a COA will be required to be submitted and displayed by all Food Vendors.
